Vehicle Prepper/Polisher

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Prepper/Polisher to join our busy bodyshop based in Glasgow / Glasgow East.

The job in a nutshell

• Salary: £17.28 per hour
• Monday to Friday 07:00 – 17:00
• 28 days paid holiday
• Overtime available
• Glasgow / Glasgow East
• Type of employment: Permanent
• Vehicle Prepper/Polisher

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepping vehicles prior to painting.
• Performing sanding and masking tasks.
• Conducting filler work and small repairs.
• Machine polishing.
• Undertaking rectification of scratches and scuffs.
• Flattening, polishing, and touching up.
• Inspecting finished vehicles to ensure a flawless finish every time.
• Performing other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role (Bodyshop Technician, Painter, or Prepper)
• Full UK or EU Driving Licence (manual and automatic)
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
