REWARD PACKAGE

– Basic salary: £17.00 per hour

– Overtime available

– Full-time position

NOTE: Only experienced Strip Fitters will be considered. Previous bodyshop experience is essential.

WORKING HOURS

– Monday to Friday

– 18:00 – 06:00

– 45 hours per week plus overtime opportunities

YOUR ROLE

As a Strip Fitter, you’ll be responsible for:

– Removing and refitting vehicle trim components

– Stripping and fitting panels with precision

– Managing parts organization and labeling

– Ensuring proper storage of components

– Supporting bodyshop operations

– Mentoring junior team members

– Maintaining high quality standards

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience as a Strip Fitter

– Strong knowledge of vehicle trim and panel systems

– Full UK driving license

– Excellent attention to detail

– Ability to work independently

– Problem-solving skills

– Team player mentality

– Passion for automotive repair
